We are pleased to announce that the South Tower mailbox keys are now ready to be picked up. In order to obtain your new set of keys please bring at least one current mailbox key to the Manager Assistant’s office during normal business hours for the exchange. If you have any questions please email Tyler the Manager Assistant at email@example.com.
It will still be a few days before the mailboxes are able to be used as the Postal Service has to install their own locks still. We will notify you once this has been completed. Until then please continue to go to the Front Desk to retrieve your mail.
To ensure the safety of our residents here at Horizons, Management provides emergency personnel with a list of residents who have requested evacuation assistance. If you or anyone in your home is in need of assistance evacuating in the event of an emergency please stop by the Management office or send Tyler an email at firstname.lastname@example.org requesting to be added to the evacuation assistance list.
It is that wonderful time of year again. There is lots of excitement happening in the Marina District, and people watching is at a premium. We ask that you use caution when entering and exiting the driveway. The pedestrian traffic will be heavy, and with the addition of so many scooters over the last few weeks in preparation for the event, we want everyone to remain safe and accident-free.
It is also a good idea to give yourself extra time to get where you need to be.
