Updated Emergency Rules

At an emergency Board Meeting held on June 14, 2020, the Board of Directors approved the following guidelines to reflect the County and State reopening to begin on Tuesday, June 15,2021 at 12:01 a.m.

All vaccinated residents and guests have unmasked access throughout all indoor and outdoor common areas and spaces.

Unvaccinated residents and guests must wear a mask in all indoor common areas. We also suggest you wear a mask in outdoor spaces.

All amenity areas (fitness center, pool, spa, lounges, etc.) are now fully open to pre-pandemic capacities (masking guidelines for unvaccinated residents and guests apply).

Vendors and staff must follow County, Cal/OSHA, and State guidelines and wear masks until otherwise directed.

Determination of vaccination status is on the honor system.

All residents and guests should respect each other’s request for social distancing or usage of confined spaces such as elevators.

Anyone who feels unsafe at any time should wear a mask.

These guidelines are in effect until further notice.
