Monthly Board of Directors Meeting. Tuesday, May 28, 6:00 PM, North Tower Lounge.

Planter-Walls-Street Level: Work is completed new landscaping has been placed.
Dryer Duct Service: Will be re-scheduled toward the end of the year. You may have your check returned by mail, may pick-up at the office, or have it shredded. If you choose shredding, please respond by email.
Waterproofing Planter Walls-Vehicle Ramp: Water-proofing has been applied and is scheduled to be tested
Window Cleaning– Exterior: Final Service. Trellises & Awnings will be cleaned on Monday 20, weather permitting.
Pool & Spa-Reopening: Work will continue through Saturday due to weather delays, but the pool will be ready for use on Sunday morning.
HVAC Service. Begins June 17, sign-up prior to June 10. Your hvac unit heats and cools your home and requires regular service and inspection to maintain proper operation. We have partnered with Countywide Mechanical again to bring you a discounted preventative maintenance service/inspection. This service will include the following; Inspect unit housing for deterioration, Run unit to confirm proper operation, Check temperature differential across evaporator coil in cooling mode and record, Check temperature differential at water inlet and water outlet in cooling mode, Run unit in heating mode and check reversing valve operation, Shut down unit at disconnect, Inspect electrical disconnect and check all terminals for tightness, Check all contactors and relays, Inspect Blower wheel, Inspect fan motor, Inspect evaporator coil for refrigerant leaks, Inspect evaporator coil for dirt, Add antimicrobial tablets to drain pan, Check water-cooled condenser coil for leaks, Check inlet and outlet water hoses for leaks, Inspect coil diverter and condensate pan, Replace Air Filter.  The cost to complete the scope of work; (1) hvac unit $95 (2) hvac units $165 (3) hvac units $235.
