BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Monthly Board of Directors Meeting. Tuesday, April 30, 6:00 PM, North Tower Lounge.

UPCOMING PROPERTY PROJECTS / MAINTENANCE

Planter-Walls-Street Level: Work is almost completed and the wall surfaces are being painted. When all work has been completed new landscaping will be placed.
Dryer Duct Service: POSTPONED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE.
Waterproofing Planter Walls-Vehicle Ramp: Water-proofing has been applied and is scheduled to be tested during the first half of the week.
Granitex Removal-Vehicle Ramp: Work will continue through May 17. Traffic control is in place and traffic will be reduced to a single lane so please be attentive , slow down and comply with the directions of the officer posted at the bottom and top of the ramp.
Elevated Noise-Fire Pump Operation: Required performance testing for rpm calibration during the next three weeks. Days of operation will vary due to unforeseen circumstances but operation will be scheduled between 10:00 AM & 12:00 PM for a run time of approximately 30 minutes.

Window Cleaning– Exterior:  Service continues. Please review the schedule included and posted in the mail rooms, plan accordingly and contact Management if you notice any discrepancies with your windows.

Projects: South Tower: Floors 19, 13, 12, 6 & 5. North Tower: Floor 8
Work is only permitted Mon-Fri, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM. If you are planning to remodel your unit, please review the Association’s requirements at horizonshoa.com; Documents, General Forms, Home Modification Application.
