UPCOMING PROPERTY PROJECTS / MAINTENANCE
Planter-Walls-Street Level: Work continues and most of the Granitex has been removed and the surface returned to a smooth finish.

Painting-Parking Levels: Work will continue on P-3 walls and pillars. Please exercise caution when moving around freshly painted areas which will be identified by posted signs.

Dryer Duct Service: Work is scheduled to begin on April 22, and continue through May 3. If you have not signed-up, please do so by April 17, with a check for $72 made payable to Horizons Owners Association.
This service is a critical part of maintaining optimum efficiency when drying and will help prevent water damage in your ceiling do to clogged ducts. TIPS! When drying, ensure that you are running the booster fan! This fan is located in the ceiling directly above your dryer and is turned on by turning the timer knob, clock-wise to the 11 o’clock position.  The booster-fan must be running during and after any drying in order to remove all moisture from the duct. If the booster-fan is not run properly, water damage to your ceiling and flooring can result.

Window System Inspections: March 28 & 29, 8:00 AM—5:00 PM
Barrier Glazing will be inspecting the window systems from the exterior of units which have had water intrusion. During this time, workers will be moving along the exterior of the building.

ARCHITECTURAL IMPROVEMENTS
Continuing Projects: Floors 20, 19,12, & 6 South Tower.
Work is only permitted Mon-Fri, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM. If you are planning to remodel your unit, please review the Association’s requirements at horizonshoa.com; Documents, General Forms, Home Modification Application.

SOCIAL COMMITTEE
Up Coming Meeting: April 2, 4:00 pm, North Tower Lounge.
This meeting is open to all residents, and all residents are encouraged to volunteer and participate.
